Updated Pricing and Enhanced Service Limits

Effective October 1: Revised Pricing Structure

We’re updating our pricing to continue providing top-quality services and enhancements effectively from October 1. This adjustment reflects our need to adapt to increased operational costs and invest in further service improvements, our first price change since April 2020.

Rationale Behind the Price Adjustment

• Cost Adjustments: Our operational costs have increased over the past four years.
• Investment in Quality: We are reinvesting in our platform to bring you even better services.

New Pricing Details

• Development Instance: Increased from €39 to €75.
• Production Instance: Increased from €250 to €350.

Impact on Existing Customers

No immediate changes will occur for current customers. The updated rates will be applied starting from your next billing cycle after October 1. Secure your current rate by switching to an annual plan before the changes take effect.

Enhanced API Access Limits

To offer more value, we are improving the API call and rate limits across all instances:

1. Free Trial: 5,000 API calls per month and 10 calls per second.
2. Developer Instance: 20,000 API calls per month and 20 calls per second.
3. Production Instance: 200,000 API calls per month and 40 calls per second.

These changes will similarly become effective starting October 1st.
