We’re looking for a software developer who is eager to take on a customer-facing role to help onboard Aito users, improve documentation and get everything in place so Aito can become completely self-service. Our team is full of experienced and supportive people, your input will be valued, and you’ll be trusted to make important decisions yourself.

The ideal candidate should:

  • Be the primary contact to new & existing customers, for onboarding and support
  • Hold demo’s for customers
  • Improve & automate onboarding processes
  • Evaluate, improve and create tutorials, based on customer feedback and questions
  • Give input regarding product features and improvements to the core, marketing and sales team based on customer feedback
  • Have +3 years experience in software development and be familiar with APIs and a wide stack of SaaS software tools - you speak the developers’ language!
  • Have +2 years customer success or account management experience in a SaaS or software company
  • Have a proven track record of working in a customer-facing role
  • Be interested in machine learning technology and tools
  • Be outspoken, communicative and have strong English language skills

Please note that Aito is not able to provide working visas or pay for relocation. The ideal candidate needs to be able to work from Helsinki, Finland.
